Terms of service.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

HOW TO ORDER


1) Please select items to add to the Shopping Cart by opening the product page, choosing the size (if available) and click the button „Add to Cart“.
2) When all items have been added, please find the Shopping Cart on the right upmost corner of the page. The number in parentheses shows the total number of items that have been added to the Shopping Cart. To start placing the order, click on the Shopping Cart icon.
3) Please review the order on the Shopping Cart page. Here you can remove or change the quantity of specific items from the order and send any comments you may have regarding the order.
4) To place the order, click on „CHECK OUT“.
5) On the following page, please fill in the Contact information and Shipping address fields and click on „Continue to shipping method“.
6) Choose the shipping method and click on „Continue to payment method“. 
7) Choose the Payment method. Please make sure that your credit, debit or prepaid card has any of the indicated payment processor logos printed on it.
8) Under Billing address, select whether you would like to leave it Same as shipping address or you would like to Use a different billing address. Please note that regarding to the international shipping parcels we work with - we must store the phone number. 
9) After clicking „Review order“, you will be redirected to the chosen Payment processor website – please follow the instructions indicated thereafter to complete your order.

PAYMENT PROVIDERS

  Fuck Normal I Want Magic by Studio Vonmotz is responsible for customer data processing. The data will be forwarded to authorized third-party companies for payment processing. The Customer will choose whether their payment will be processed by either Apple Payor PayPal Holding, Inc.
Both payment processors are able to accept credit and debit cards which bear the mark of supported settlement & clearing houses (for example Visa or Mastercard).
We will receive the payments in Euros (€). Any conversion fees applied during the purchase must be covered in full by the Customer.
The preffered payment processor is Stripe.

DELIVERY SPECIFICATION

We use DCS couriers PL standard parcel service for shipping the orders from Poland. For overseas and outside EU shipping we work with DHL DE  for delivering the order to the Shipping address provided by the Customer.
Upon the order coming into the possession of either DHL or DCS, the orders will be assigned a tracking number, which will be forwarded to the Customer.
Standard delivery time for EU  is 7 days and maximum delivery time is 30 days, not including weekends and public holidays.
Standard delivery for outside EU is from 15 up to 30 days, not including weekends and public holidays.

Any delays with the parcel, that take place after the order comes to the possession of DHL, DCS or any other local post office thereafter, will be the sole responsibility of that post office which is currently processing the parcel.

rETURNS POLICY

Returns are possible. All returns have to be shipped with a tracking code and registered via our customer service e-mail hello@fucknormaliwantmagic.com. Upon failing to do so, we reserve the right to not process the returned goods.

Returns are accepted after 14 days of delivery. The Customer can be refunded after the return has arrived to the provided sending address. Processing of returned goods may take up to 7 workdays.

When the order is canceled, it will be refunded. Returning costs of goods shall be at the buyer`s expense.

Refunds will be only transferred back to the Customer bank account, from which the payment was made. The refund process may take up to 10 workdays, dependent on your bank.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, we have the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Regarding to all of the returns Policy we do not accept the returns of the underwear (e.g Socks)

cLAIMS

The Customer is required to send photographs no later than 7 days (including holidays and weekends) to hello@fucknormaliwantmagic.com to prove any defective nature of the goods on receival.

Upon sufficient evidence the defective item may be replaced at our discretion.

We are not liable for any defects that occur during delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
